Barber of Seville

Performed at the Glimmerglass Festival in Cooperstown, NY

We have 60 tickets reserved for this opera composed by Gioacchino Antonio Rossini with libretto by Cesare Sterbini. It was based on the comedy Le Barbier de Seville written by the French dramatist Beaumarchais and was reportedly written in about 15 days in late 1815 and early 1816.
